The following courses focus on engaging team members and stakeholders of Agile transformations.Introduction to Agile
This one-day course is the perfect primer for those that need to understand the basics of Agile values, principles, and terminology. This curriculum covers the Agile Manifesto & Principles, an overview of Agile frameworks and practices, roles and responsibilities of Agile teams, as well as the benefits and challenges of Agile transformation.
Agile Foundations with optional ICAgile Professional (ICP) Certification
This two-day experiential course goes allows participants to get hands-on when learning about the fundamentals of Agile. Participants explore Agile values and principles, the roles and responsibilities Agile teams, and conduct project simulation activities that prepare them to start practicing Scrum.
This three-day course goes beyond Agile Foundations by combining hands-on project simulation activities with a deeper exploration of Agile values and principles. The curriculum includes discussions about “why” Agile, measuring the benefits of Agile, and considerations for teams starting within an emerging Agile transformation.
Agile Team Accelerator
This immersive learning experience spans three calendar weeks, and combines the Agile Foundations course with several days of Agile coaching that supports teams through one sprint of work. This option is ideal for reenergizing Agile teams or helping a new team get started after more formal team launches have completed.
This two-day experiential course goes allows participants to get hands-on when learning about the fundamentals of Lean, Agile, and Kanban. Participants explore both Lean and Agile values, mapping value streams, identifying wastes, and getting started with achieving flow with Kanban systems.
The following courses enable you to amplify and certify those that are in the key roles of Product Owner and ScrumMaster.Product Owner Essentials
This two-day course goes beyond the fundamentals of Scrum and explores the mindsets, skills, and techniques highly effective Product Owners leverage when focused on satisfying the customer. The curriculum covers aspects of inspiring others with vision and purpose, defining customer personas, defining and elaborating product backlogs, and techniques for ordering and prioritization.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
This highly interactive workshop is facilitated by a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). Topics covered during this two-day course include describing purpose and strategy, understanding customers and users, testing assumptions, and working with the product backlog. This two-day course goes beyond the fundamentals of Scrum and explores the mindsets, skills, and techniques highly effective ScrumMasters leverage when supporting self-organizing teams. The curriculum covers aspects of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and navigating the challenges of Agile transformation.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
This intensive and highly interactive workshop is facilitated by a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). Topics covered during this two-day course include the fundamentals of Agile, the Scrum framework, and techniques for creating and supporting self-organizing teams. These Agile Coaching Institute (ACI) courses focus on the application of professional facilitation and coaching skills within the Agile context.The Agile Facilitator
This two-day course addresses the art of collaborative meeting design, especially the importance of smart preparation of your meetings. In this course, participants practice the techniques for skillfully facilitating core Agile meetings and ceremonies with playfulness and a collaborative spirit, while still focused on key deliverables. Fully engaged participants are eligible for the ICAgile Professional – Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) certification.
Coaching Agile Teams
This three-day workshop is for experienced Agilists who wish to dramatically increase their overall Agile coaching skills and effectiveness. Participants explore key Agile coaching content and come away with mindsets and skills needed to address the complex environments in which most Agile teams (and Agile Coaches) operate. Fully engaged participants are eligible for the ICAgile Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) certification.
Agile Coach Bootcamp
This five-day learning experience combines The Agile Facilitator with Coaching Agile Teams. The two classes are woven together into a single, intensive and immersive workshop that catapults Agile coaching skills and results to new levels. Fully engaged participants are eligible for both the ICAgile Professional – Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) and the ICAgile Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) certifications.
This set of courses includes the full Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)® curriculum as well as an additional course that combines SAFe adoptions with considerations for holistic organizational transformation.
The following courses enable to leaders and change agents to understand the inner workings of Scaled Agile Framework and approaches for ensuring true Agile transformation.Implementing SAFe with SPC Certification
This four-day course combines Leading SAFe curriculum with 2 additional days of content on how to approach SAFe implementations in today’s complex organizational environments. Participants are eligible to take the corresponding Scaled Agile exam and receive their SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
Leading SAFe with SA Certification
The two-day course explores Agile values as well as the Lean|Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The curriculum covers how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and walk away prepared to support SAFe transformations. Beyond a Framework
This one-day add-on course is designed to immediately follow other SAFe training events. Learning focuses on expanding the discussion beyond SAFe, introduces key aspects of the Agile Transformation Solution, and reviews additional patterns for scaling Agile within an enterprise.
These courses enable participants to prepare and excel in the team-level Agile practices within a SAFe enterprise.SAFe for Teams with SP Certification
This two-day course focuses on the skills and techniques Agile teams need to learn in order to plan and execute iterations within an Agile Release Train (ART). The curriculum covers the formation of Agile teams, cross-team coordination, and Program Increment (PI) planning. Participants are eligible to take the corresponding Scaled Agile exam and receive their SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification.
SAFe ScrumMaster with SSM Certification
This two-day course focuses on the role of ScrumMaster in a SAFe enterprise. Unlike other certified ScrumMaster training options, this curriculum explores the role of Scrum in the context of the entire enterprise, and prepares learners to plan and execute the Program Increment (PI). Participants are eligible to take the corresponding Scaled Agile exam and receive their SAFe ScrumMaster (SSM) certification.
SAFe Advanced ScrumMaster with SASM Certification
This two-day course explores topics that prepare ScrumMasters to successfully support today’s complex organizational structures. Walk away with actionable tools for building high-performing teams and practical ways of addressing Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise. Participants are eligible to take the corresponding Scaled Agile exam and receive their SAFe Advanced ScrumMaster (SASM) certification.
These courses focus on essential skills and techniques that are critical for enabling the organization to maximize the value delivered through Value Streams and Agile Release Trains.SAFe Release Train Engineer with RTE Certification
This three-day course focuses on the mindset and skills RTEs need to facilitate and enable end-to-end value delivery through Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and value streams. The curriculum explores servant leadership, coaching, planning and executing Program Increment (PI) planning events. Participants are eligible to take the corresponding Scaled Agile exam and receive their SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification
This two-day course focuses on how the Product Owner, Product Manager, Solution Manager, and Epic Owner roles work together to amplify the value delivered. The curriculum explores contributing to Portfolio content, defining and managing solution value, stakeholder engagement, and building Communities of Practice. Participants are eligible to take the corresponding Scaled Agile exam and receive their SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
SAFe Program Portfolio Management Workshop
This two-day workshop explores the importances of portfolio management within the SAFe enterprise. The curriculum covers Lean|Agile budgeting techniques, driving value through the portfolio, achieving flow through the use of Kanban, and articulation of the portfolio strategy.

This set of courses explore servant leadership, motivating teams, and embracing the role of leadership within Agile enterprises.Agile for Executives
This one-day course is a primer for leaders ready to understand the fundamentals of leading an Agile transformation. In addition to an overview of Agile values and principles, the curriculum includes exercises for defining “why agile” and discussions on planning transformation approaches and the role of the leader in the Agile enterprise.
Managing in Agile
This one-day course explores the fundamentals leaders need to cultivate the right conditions for agility to take hold within Agile teams. Topics covered include rapid impediment removal, improving the flow of work, enhancing team engagement, ensuring customer focus, and empowering teams for self-organization.
This two-day course prepare leaders to pivot their mindsets and approaches in order to affective lead throughout an Agile transformation. The curriculum explores establish an organizational culture that promotes, techniques for stewarding change, growing high performance teams, and fostering an appreciation for the benefits of continuous learning.
This set of courses focus on harnessing innovation and maximizing the value of an Agile portfolio.Enterprise Lean Startup
This course is available in one-day and two-day formats. Both options explore core tools, practices and concepts
for leveraging Lean Startup, Business Model Generation and Customer Development practices in a large organization. The workshops cover topics such as lean intrapreneurship, experimentation, and empathy mapping.
Agile Portfolio Management Workshop
This two-day workshop directly addresses the impediments of traditional portfolio management approaches within an emerging Agile enterprise. Hands-on activities explore aligning business and technology strategies, balancing supply and demand, prioritizing investments, and adapting strategy and vision based on data-driven insights.
The trainings and workshops within this focus area enable the necessary elements for invoking an Innovation Ecosystem at your organization.
In this two-part workshop, a team of executive participants will learn new lightweight methods and supporting tools for analyzing the organizations business environments, identifying gaps and strategic opportunities for innovation, and finally using the generated insights to draft a bold an inspiring innovation thesis the organization can focus on and rally around.
Innovation Portfolio Workshop
In this workshop leaders evaluate their existing portfolio, identify gaps, and uncover new opportunities, all through an innovation lens. They learn to set investment targets for innovation and make plans to achieve both short and long term goals through a balanced portfolio. We recommend participants have either previously participated in the Innovation Thesis Workshop, or have an innovation thesis prepared before this workshop.
Innovation Management Workshop
This workshop facilitates participants in creating their own custom innovation framework for managing the product journey from “generating ideas” to “testing ideas” and “scaling” them too. We recommend participants have either previously participated in the Innovation Practices Training, or have comparable knowledge and experience with a broad range of innovation practices.
Innovation Practices Training
In this 2-day Innovation Practices Training we blend Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Customer Development, Business Model Innovation, and Agile into a complete framework for cultivating innovations and converting them to sustainable new businesses. Participants are expected to have a basic understanding of product development.
Technical Excellence & Quality Assurance
Everyone in the Agile enterprise is responsible for quality, creating strong shared understanding customer needs, and embracing practices of software craftsmanship are imperative for rapidly delivering value. These courses introduce fundamentals in each of these areas.
This two-day hands-on technical lab focuses exclusively on embracing test-driven development approaches. Specific attention is paid to the application of TDD when working with legacy systems and starting with TDD in environments with lots of technical debt. The course requires participants to have software development experience, and can be facilitated for teams using C#, Java, or .NET.
Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
This two-day hands-on course brings together the entire Agile team as well as key business stakeholders to ensure a true customer focus when working on product development. Day-1 of the course focuses on the quality of the product backlog and defining acceptance criteria that easily translate to tests. Day-1 explores business and technology pairing for writing automated acceptance tests and leveraging TDD to rapid assurance customer needs are met. This course can be facilitated for teams using C#, Java, or .NET.
